Biodata


Ade Romadhony is a lecturer and a researcher at Telkom University, one of top private universities in Indonesia (Southeast Asia). Her research interest is in NLP, especially information extraction and developing Indonesian language resource and language processing tools. She graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology informatics Ph.D. program in 2019, with the dissertation topic was: generating event template from Open Information Extraction relation tuples. She was getting more involved in computational linguistic and machine learning research fields after she started her Ph.D. She was awarded Bernd-Rode Award Research Excellence Project 2017 for a project “StrikeSensor – Detecting Labor Strikes in Indonesia using Twitter Data“. She is also actively involved in Indonesian Association for Computational Linguistics (INACL), currently serve as the Vice President.
